Terms of Service*

Payment terms

Application should be submitted at least 1 month prior to requested start date.

Bus fees: 

Fees are due immediately upon notification of a place on the bus. If the starting date for a new student falls before the 15th Day of the starting month, the fees for the starting month will be for one full month. If the starting dates falls on or after the 15th day of the starting month, the fees for the starting month will be for one half month. There is no pro rata for other starting or finishing dates.  Subsequent fees are due upon receipt of your invoice and issued prior to each school term via Direct Debit/ Auto Pay. A 14-day grace period is offered, however, after 14 days a 5% late fee will be charged. After 28 days your child’s place will be reevaluated and may be allocated to another child on the waiting list unless satisfactory payment arrangements have been made.

Refund Policy: 

Bus fees are refundable in respect to whole months only (not part there-of). You may voluntarily withdraw your child from the bus, which will be effected after the school receives and acknowledges your written email withdrawal not less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the last date of your child’s use of the bus service. Deposits are non-refundable should you fail to accept the placement offer for any reason whatsoever.  Make-up bus trips and refunds are not available for periods of absence, such as holiday, sickness, travel or Government closure. All accounts are calculated to the end of the month. There is no pro rata for other finishing dates. Payment of full bus fees are required in order to hold your child’s place on the bus.  Deposits are non-refundable if your child does not begin at the school.  All chargeable fees are subject to an annual review which may result in a change fee amount.
