Bus service is only available for children over the age of 2 years and registered in our unaccompanied programme at Woodland Mid-Levels Pre-School.

Payment terms

Application and proof of payment should be submitted together with this form before 19 June 2023.

Bus fees:

Fees are due immediately upon notification of a place on the bus and subsequent fees are due upon completion and submission of this form.

Form Submission & Payment deadlines:

- Monday 19 June 2023 for Weeks 1-3;

- Monday 10 July 2023 for Weeks 4-6.

There is no pro-rata for other starting or finishing dates. If submission of this form and payment is not received before the deadline, your child's place will be re-evaluated and may be allocated to another child on the waiting list unless satisfactory payment arrangements are made.

Refund Policy:

Bus fees are non-refundable unless Camp Woodland is cancelled due to government requirements, A full bus fees refund will be made for the week Camp Woodland is cancelled to those who have paid for that particular week.

A minimum 5 registrations is required for any particular bus route to be confirmed. If this minimum number is not met, the route will be canceled and a refund will be made.
